During this special session, Luke talks passionately about the 4R’s of successful sales through great leadership and impeccable service to attaining property excellence. Having embarked in the hospitality industry for over ten years, Luke believes in the power of influence in providing practical solutions to prospects amid a prevalent pandemic.

On the topic of Sales Mastery Reactivation, in addition to exuding a great influence, agents and negotiators need to build a strong rapport and communicate effectively with prospects. It’s about gaining trust and maintaining a solid connection. Always ask the right questions to ascertain the needs or requirements of potential clients and customers. Exhibiting conscious intention also helps in improving one’s rapport. Achieving results is also essential in making an indelible mark in sales that expands one’s base, network and target market. Referrals generally come from achieving successful results. When prospects are satisfied with a sale or transaction, they will refer you to other prospects. Asking for referrals is also crucial in obtaining repeat sales. Always follow up and maintain a service mindset that brings consistent sales without fail. One of the biggest obstacles or challenges is changing your own mindset. With the right mindset, all adversities can be overcome. Going above and beyond, and having an abundance mindset is critical in sales. It’s all a matter of faith versus fear. When you are confident and believe in yourself, attracting prospects and attaining success is not impossible!

CSX also recognizes a team leader who possesses the timeless character trait of THOROUGHNESS in pursuit of real estate excellence. A true gentleman at heart and soft-spoken person by nature, Lionel Saw’s great empathy, caring attitude and attention to detail are awe-inspiring indeed. Amid rising challenges and endless adversities, he constantly persists and perseveres in pushing the limits or boundaries towards achieving his goals and dreams. He truly believes in enriching the lives and livelihoods of others around him, especially customers, prospects and fellow colleagues. His bold and adventurous foray into uncharted territory in Cameron Highlands, together with his team mates at ILB, has brought them much rewards, abundance and satisfaction. Lionel’s dream team continues to assist local farmers to own affordable land in order to cultivate their plantations as well as market their agricultural products. All their grit, tenacity, diligence and hard work have ultimately paid off handsomely without a doubt.
