The annual MAREC Summit 2022 is back again with more exciting events, seminars and brainstorming sessions showcasing industry leaders, property gurus and real estate practitioners alike. Blaze Soh has certainly come a long since his early days as a foreman for almost ten long years prior to joining real estate. At CSX, Blaze has truly outshone and outperformed himself in all ways and against all odds. He is a true friend, a reliable team mate and a dependable family member. He is also ever helpful to others and always willing to assist those in need. And, he constantly rises to the occasion in embracing challenges and enduring hardships.
Cornerstone also recognizes an outstanding team leader who possesses the virtue of PLEASANTNESS; one who is truly likable and constantly smiling as well as having a positive countenance and outlook in life. His ever-expressive mannerisms are reflected in his constant cheerfulness, pleasant personality and also charming courtesy. His bubbly and jovial character is simply infectious and imparts a sense of warmth to literally everyone around him. His politeness, gentleness and thoughtfulness are absolutely awe-inspiring and heartwarming indeed. Affectionately known as CK, Ng Chee Kang is without doubt one of the friendliest and most amicable negotiators anywhere around that you shall ever meet. He is also much loved and revered by his team mates as well as fellow colleagues alike for wanting to help improve their lives and livelihoods despite encountering endless hurdles and hardships himself. A big bravo, kudos and congrats once again to Blaze and Chee Kang for their breakthrough success and awesome accomplishments…great job guys!
During this ground-breaking meeting, we witnessed more closings and deal-breakers from seasoned agents and newbie negotiators.
