It is the month of June folks, and we are already halfway into 2023! In this edition of Meet-X, Cornerstone Xstate is proud to showcase its strategic partnership with Signature and how this latest collaboration can benefit the company and CSX negotiators. We also have exciting news as well as inspiring speakers who shared their expertise and experiences. The MOU signing ceremony at Signature's Flagship Store at Kota Damansara last Thursday, 15 June 2023 was a smashing success. The Story Behind the Mega Deal by Amanda Chui
Cornerstone Xstate is truly proud to feature our very own champion commercial specialist cum commercial head of sales who is famed for closing a lucrative commercial property deal worth a staggering RM425,000 in a single rental transaction. Whoa, that is pretty mind-blowing indeed! Amanda Chui’s breakthrough transaction is attained with SouthPoint Tower, a 59-storey mixed commercial building sited at Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
This history-making and earth-shattering transaction represents CSX’s highest commission fee ever collected by far (since its inception in 2008), whether it is in projects or sub-sales. Her milestone mega deal is no mean feat considering the fact she joined Cornerstone only a couple years ago. Commercial property is actually not much different as compared with residential property. Commercial real estate is obviously of greater market value with higher ROI (return of investment), be it leasing or buying/selling commercial office spaces.
Amanda also attributes much of her stellar success as well as her meteoric rise to fame & fortune to CSX group leader/projects manager Vinnie Wong. We are absolutely confident that Amanda is perfectly poised to take Cornerstone to even loftier heights & beyond…a MEGA congratulations to you Amanda Chui!
Month Character Recognition - Faithfulness
In this installment of Monthly Character Recognition, CSX is pleased to recognize a senior real estate negotiator who exhibits or embodies the definition of FAITHFULNESS as personified by a lasting loyalty and general trustworthiness in relationships as well as overall faithfulness in commitments and obligations to the job and profession.
