From Car Salesperson To Real Estate Negotiator

Prior to joining Cornerstone Xstate, Lee Yao Hua used to be a car salesman after graduating from University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business (Hons). A feeling of elation and excitement overwhelmed him when he first achieved his “egg-breaker” via Hillcrest Heights @ Puchong Utama.

Closing a deal during the height of the CMCO has further inspired him to close more deals despite the challenging market trends and an unfavorable buyers’ sentiment. But it was his acquaintance with team leader Eugene So as well as university buddy CK Ng (Kai Chek) that got Yao Hua to join CSX as a part-time REN which he ventured into real estate full-time given his acumen and experience in sales.

As a newbie negotiator in project sales, the guidance and assistance provided by Eugene was truly invaluable. Through the meetings with fellow negotiators, he gradually gained more knowledge as well as experience in mastering the fine art of property negotiation. Initially, it was tough to learn the ropes, yet he continued to work hard. The many issues he encountered such as cold-calling as well as meet-ups with clients did not hamper his progress. With impeccable mentoring from Vinnie Wong and also Eugene himself, he eventually improved his cold-calling ability and fine-tuned his presentation skill.

Cornerstone Xstate has always been exemplary in providing top-notch professional training in technology, marketing and human resources to all its agents and negotiators. The key to any successful transaction is to have a positive mindset and total confidence in the property one is selling. With a personal mantra of NEVER GIVE UP, he firmly believes in the power of persistency and perseverance in conquering fear and overcoming adversities. And with the constant motivation and encouragement from leaders and teammates alike, Yao Hua is fully confident of MAKING IT BIG at Cornerstone Xstate.
